Grokker has always taken the relationship between social support and wellbeing seriously — and that’s why we’re always working on new ways to enhance our user and Expert community. Our newest feature is GrokTalk, which takes user communications to a new level to boost engagement and add some more fun.

This new feature enables users to connect and communicate directly with their Grokker friends. Here’s what you’ll love about it:

  • It’s private and secure 
  • Every employee can set individual controls
  • Users receive real-time notifications

And, it’s quick to get started and easy to use. All users have to do is click on the GrokTalk bubble in the white top navigation bar of their browser window or Grokker app (Version 4.10) to start a conversation, reply to a message, and have fun sharing their ideas, successes, and encouragement.
