What is GrokkyAI™?

Grokky is a conversational benefits agent that provides employees with personalized answers to their wellbeing questions. Using natural language, employees can ask a question and instantly receive direct links to actionable interventions such as Grokker’s expert-led wellbeing content or a benefit recommendation.

How does Grokky work?

Grokky integrates with the employer’s benefits plan data to create holistic care plans based on each query. 

Here’s how it works:

  1. The employee describes their concern, such as “My lower back hurts.”
  2. Grokky leverages data from the employer’s entire benefits platform to identify which interventions are best, starting with the lowest acuity option.
  3. Grokky delivers direct links to those interventions, such as Ease Lower Back Pain by Grokker expert Robyn Capobianco.
  4. Grokky also suggests additional resources from the employee’s benefits ecosystem, such as a telehealth platform where employees can get additional help.

How Grokky revolutionizes wellbeing

Grokky transforms benefits navigation by turning the traditional approach to benefits discovery on its head.
