Tammie Presser is a mission-minded, dynamic, and tech-savvy executive leader with over two decades of experience driving customer success, professional services, and operational excellence across the enterprise SaaS ecosystem. She cut her teeth in the world of consulting before moving to the fast-paced world of digital and social marketing. Prior to joining Grokker, Tammie served as the Vice President of Customer Success for Chorus.ai (now Zoominfo), HouseCanary, Zignal Labs and ContextOptional (Adobe). She has also lead customer teams at AOL and MTV Networks, with the past fifteen years focused on innovative SaaS business models specifically.
An “acquisition veteran,” Tammie has played a pivotal role in eight company acquisitions, leading teams through complex integrations and change management initiatives while maintaining operational continuity and customer satisfaction. Her cross-functional leadership spans executive strategy, go-to-market planning, employee engagement, CRM optimization, and digital transformation, with a consistent focus on driving renewals, upsell, and long-term customer health. Known for her ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution, Tammie is highly analytical and metrics-driven, leading with both data insight and empathy. She has successfully built and scaled customer success organizations from the ground up — growing teams from 4 to more than 25 high-performing professionals — and is recognized for her expertise in fostering engagement, retention, and measurable value for clients.
