From his early days helping companies like McKinsey, Del Monte Foods, and Smith Barney tackle complex challenges, to co-founding a healthy meal delivery start-up before it was trendy, Drew has always been drawn to building things that last. He went on to take leadership roles at some of the internet’s most recognizable names—serving as General Manager of Rent.com, shaping strategy at eBay, and leading Luxury Link Travel Group as CEO. Along the way, he discovered a passion for helping teams grow quickly without losing their core values.

When Grokker launched in 2012, Drew was there from the start, bringing both the big-picture perspective and roll-up-your-sleeves grit that have defined his career. A graduate of UC Berkeley and Wharton, he thrives on scaling ideas into sustainable businesses while keeping people at the heart of the process.
