Lorna is the Founder and CEO of the award-winning company Grokker. Her company now seamlessly integrates holistic well-being into the lives of a busy workforce.
Previously, Lorna was President of publicly traded Move Inc. and was Chief of their global personals online dating service and Head of Marketing for their multi-billion-dollar worldwide Search & Marketplace businesses (Shopping, Travel, Autos, etc.). In 2000, Lorna launched eBay Canada out of her guest room in Toronto (with a newborn in tow) and went on to serve as eBay Inc.’s Vice President & General Manager. Lorna holds multiple law degrees and spent the early years of her career in tech after practicing law in both the U.S. and Canada.

Lorna is also the author of It’s Personal: The Business Case for Caring, which examines the Human Connection Movement™ in the workplace and presents on the current state of workplace well-being and engagement at conferences, including the Economist and Financial Times. She was recently named an International Business Times “Social Capital” CEO. She is a thought leader in workplace culture, a Forbes contributor, and is frequently featured in top publications, including Bloomberg, Fast Company, Entrepreneur, Chicago Tribune, Washington Business Journal, Chief Learning Officer, and SHRM. She appears nationwide on affiliate stations from Arizona to Texas.
