About You
You are a seasoned, hands-on product leader focused on solving complex problems through pragmatic strategy, empathetic design, and clean execution. You excel at quickly internalizing a product vision, performing the necessary research into complex enterprise ecosystems, and defining reliable, phased product roadmaps and engineering plans. You possess the technical judgment to oversee AI implementations and the operational discipline to audit the accuracy of our conversational agents.
Your Impact & Key Responsibilities
As the Senior PM working on GrokkyAi - Grokker’s Intelligence Suite, you will bridge the gap between high-level market strategy and granular technical execution. With our first customers onboard, you will lead the charge in scaling GrokkyAi from a new product into a market-leading health advocate.
- Market Strategy & Growth: Analyze the HR benefits landscape to identify critical gaps and define where GrokkyAi can best integrate to provide unique value.
- Product Roadmap & Design: Architect a phased growth roadmap, defining and designing features that align with market needs and Grokker’s unique strengths.
- AI Logic & Ethics: Partner with engineering to refine the architecture and logic, and prompt engineering. You will define the guardrails that prevent hallucinations while maintaining an empathetic, clinical tone.
- Technical PM & Sprint Management: Work directly with engineering to create and edit prompts, participate in technical tradeoff discussions, and break down features into actionable sprints and tickets.
- GTM & Product Marketing: Provide the Go-To-Market teams with high-impact enablement materials and evangelize the product internally and with end users.
- Governance & Compliance: Monitor legal and regulatory requirements to ensure the product remains safe and compliant in a fast changing regulatory landscape.
- Technical Client Consultant: Join sales and success calls as the technical product expert, helping HR leaders understand how GrokkyAI provides value and integrates with their specific systems.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 4+ years in Product Management, with at least 1 year within B2B SaaS, HRiS Systems, or AI products.
- Deep technical knowledge of LLM behaviors and RAG optimization. Proven ability to design AI evaluation frameworks to mitigate hallucinations and engineer HIPAA-compliant safety guardrails.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent. An MBA or specialized AI/Data Science certification is a bonus.
- Ability to explain complex AI architecture to non-technical HR Directors and Sales team without using jargon.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, and other state level and international PII, PHI, and AI requirements for handling sensitive health data.
- Familiarity with how HCM/HRIS systems function and a proven ability to identify and exploit market gaps.
- Familiarity with the ETL/ELT pipelines required to transform "messy" enterprise benefit data into structured, searchable indices. Understanding of data chunking strategies and the integration of structured HRIS data with unstructured PDF knowledge bases.

We're looking for a hands-on support specialist to answer member requests through email and phone. They will work directly with Engineering, Product, Content, and Client Success to resolve issues and help our members.
This is primarily a part-time contract position (around 20 hours per week, although initially more hours will be needed for training.)

- Omnichannel Technical Support: Ensure customer success by providing high-touch technical support for the Grokker community across support and in-app channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Content teams to explore, document, and resolve active technical issues.
- Community Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador, thriving on daily human interaction and embodying Grokker’s core values in every user touchpoint.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date customer support documentation, including FAQs and internal reporting on recurring technical issues or feature requests.
