In this family yoga video we are going to stretch, breathe and connect with a partners. All you are going to need is a yoga mat, a partner and if you have and want one, an eye pillow. This video, and all videos in Grokker's "Yoga for Kids" series are intended to be an educational resource for parents wishing to practice yoga with their children.
