Content Marketing Manager

The Content Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of our content strategy to support our thought leadership and demand generation strategy.  You'll work cross-functionally with revenue, sales, and product, to ensure we are telling the right stories in the right formats across all our outbound and inbound channels.

This is a unique opportunity to join an exciting and innovative company. This role will report to the VP, Marketing.


  • Lead all content marketing initiatives which includes creating and managing the content calendar
  • Plan, develop, and implement insight-driven blogs, whitepapers, ebooks, member stories, case studies, video scripts, and more
  • Understand our buyer personas, create content to educate and inform our buyers
  • Own content creation for SEM/SEO
  • Work with sales, product and customer success teams to identify relevant stories and content themes
  • Create content with minimal supervision
  • Measure and analyze content-related metrics on a regular basis


  • Demonstrates strong collaboration, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated, able to execute tactically
  • Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably in wellbeing, mental health, healthcare industries
  • Possesses strong analytical, process, project management, and presentation skills
  • Can effectively communicate value propositions and 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in content marketing

The pay range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
