Marketing Manager, Demand Gen

Our marketing team is focused on getting the word out about Grokker and driving demand with employers, consultants, and health plans.

Grokker is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing company. Leveraging innovative digital marketing tactics, your focus will be on growing Grokker’s lead pipeline and converting them into customers.  

You will become part of a small, agile, and talented team that is used to meeting short turnaround times and managing multiple, competing priorities with good humor.  

As Grokker’s Marketing Manager, Demand Gen, you: 

  • You will create, plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and acquisition in net new accounts and drive  leads, pipeline and revenue. The position is both strategic and execution-focused, requiring long-term vision for creating sophisticated customer funnels as well as the day-to-day of running multiple campaigns with a keen eye towards performance KPIs

Responsibilities and Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B demand generation, account-based marketing, or campaign management
  • Expertise in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, conversion rate optimization, social selling, SEM, paid digital, webinars, direct mail, etc
  • Demonstrated experience in mapping buyer needs to solutions and translating it into effective lead nurture programs
  • Collaborate with content, product/engineering, and customer success teams to generate effective campaign ideas 
  • Experience with marketing tech stack including Marketo, Salesforce and ABM platforms 
  • An analytical and data-driven approach – measure every aspect of the conversion funnel, identify opportunities, and report out on performance
  • Command of marketing strategy fundamentals including buyer personas, buying journey, competitive positioning, funnel stages, buying groups, 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABM, etc. 
  • Proactive communicator; able to comfortably communicate plans to marketing leadership, as well as other stakeholders/leaders within the organization
  • A growth mindset that values experimentation and learning
  • Having a strong bias to getting things done.

Pay Range
